Today, we will learn about (اسم إِشَارَة) - Demonstrative pronouns and how we use them in sentences!
The two demonstrative pronouns (هَذَا - هَذِهِ) are used to show something near. In english we say “This is a book” to show something that is near.
In Arabic, we say “هَذَا كِتَابٌ" in accordance to the gender of the noun after it(كتاب).
We will see clearly in the next posts with more examples for (هَذَا - هَذِهِ).
To show something far, we use (ذَلِكَ - تِلكَ).
Will explain this further in the next posts! Stay tuned!
